Once your heart rate spikes, Be Still can provide you with a gentle notification of comfort and peace through essential Scripture that promises you hope from God’s Word or positive affirmations to encourage yourself. Along with timely Bible verses or positive affirmations the App also provides Breathing exercises similar to Apple’s Breathe App. Perform deep breathing to ease your body and mind into relaxation as you meditate on the message.
